

Identifying negative thoughts is the first step towards changing them into positive ones. Understanding how our mind works when affected by anxiety, stress or other mental illness helps us in being able to fight those thoughts and give them less power within our mind.
Although the exercise might not solve all problems, it can help you regain a clear mind in order to think of other solutions, making it an essential stepping stone in recovery.
