
I know you’re at rock bottom right now. I know it’s hard to see the light flickering when open air is miles above. But there is beauty in the darkness, there’s beauty in the walls around you. Look for the plants, feel the vibrations from burrowing animals, study the layers. You’ll realize you’ve started climbing up, and it’ll be slower than you’re used to, but finding the beauty in every inch of recovery is what makes it sustainable.
