how to do and enjoy little things in life:

  • Make your bed so it will feel fresher and cleaner when it’s time for sleep again.
  • Take a walk by the sea or go to the mountains instead. It will calm your soul and put your mind to ease.
  • Play board games with your friends (or do your ritual coffee shop stop). It’s always a fun way to catch up.
  • Read a book you wanted for a long time or watch a movie who makes you smile.
  • Wake up early. Your day will be longer. You’ll have more time to do things, to smile and to make memories.
  • Draw, write. Do something creative to express yourself.
  • Enjoy in silence and reflect on all the things you have in life rather then on those you don’t. 
  • Be there for your friends and family when they need you. Make them feel good.
  • Help when others are in need.
  • Smile to a stranger.
  • Play with your pet.
  • Go to a new coffee/tea shops to find your best latte/tea in town.
  • Make yourself a pampering night. Take a bath, do a face mask; take care of your skin in general.
  • Eat healthy and work out. It’s important for your physical and mental health.
  • Don’t be hard on yourself. You will  get where you need to be when you need to be. Everything happens for a reason and in its time.
  • Write down all the places you want to go and things you want to do. Dream.
  • Take pictures wherever you go and print them out so they don’t lose in your phone or computer data.
  • Live more, worry less. It’s not that simple but try. The fact that you’re trying is the most important.
